Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By registering, logging in, or using the "SağlamDiş" platform, you fully accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2. Service Description

SağlamDiş is a cloud-based management software (SaaS) for dental clinics. The service includes patient management, appointment scheduling, financial reports, inventory management and other clinic operations. The service is provided "as is" and "as available".

3. User Account and Obligations

• You are responsible for ensuring the security of your account credentials (username, password).
• You are responsible for all operations performed under your account.
• Using the system for illegal, harmful or unauthorized purposes is prohibited.
• Respecting the rights and data privacy of other users is essential.
• Any activity that could harm the platform (hacking attempts, viruses, load testing, etc.) is strictly prohibited.

4. Subscription and Payments

The service is provided on a monthly or annual subscription basis. Payment terms are adjusted according to the selected plan.

• The subscription automatically renews after the period expires (unless cancelled by the user).
• After the free trial period ends, a transition to a paid subscription is required.

5. Refund Policy

The user may cancel the subscription and request a refund within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the payment date. Refunds are processed according to the following conditions:

• If SMS service was used during this period, 5 (five) gapik is charged for each sent SMS.
• If data was entered into the system during this period (patients, appointments, treatments, etc.), 10 (ten) gapik is charged for each 1 MB of accumulated data.
• The remaining amount after deducting the above usage fees is refunded to the user.
• No refund is processed under any conditions after 14 calendar days from the payment date.
• Refund requests must be made through the contact page or by written request to info@saglamdis.site.

6. Price Changes

Since server infrastructure and technical services are paid in international currency (US dollars), prices may be changed due to exchange rate fluctuations, inflation or increased operational costs. Users will be notified of price changes at least 30 (thirty) days in advance via email or in-platform notification. New prices will only apply from the beginning of the next subscription period.

7. Service Suspension and Cancellation

• The user may cancel the subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period.
• In case of violation of these terms, we may suspend or cancel your account without prior notice.
• After account cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days, during which you can request recovery. After 30 days, data is irreversibly deleted.

8. Intellectual Property

The SağlamDiş platform, its design, code, logo and content are our intellectual property. Users may not copy, modify, distribute or use any part of the platform for commercial purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

We do our best to ensure the platform operates without interruption and errors, but we are not liable in the following cases:

• Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, government decisions, etc.).
• Problems originating from internet providers or third-party service providers.
• Data loss resulting from the user's own error.
• Scheduled maintenance work (advance notice is provided).

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change these Terms of Use at any time. Users will be notified of changes via email and/or in-platform notification. Changes take effect within 15 (fifteen) days after notification. Continuing to use the platform during this period means you accept the new terms. If you do not agree with the new terms, you may cancel your subscription.

11. Applicable Law

These terms are regulated and interpreted in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan. In case of any dispute, the parties will first attempt to resolve it through negotiations.
