What is an Odontogram?
An odontogram (dental chart) is a standard diagram used by dentists to record the condition of a patient's teeth. SağlamDiş's odontogram allows recording each tooth's 5 anatomical surfaces separately.
Tooth Numbering System (FDI)
SağlamDiş uses the FDI (International Dental Federation) numbering system:
Upper Right (1)
Teeth: 11-18
Upper Left (2)
Teeth: 21-28
Lower Left (3)
Teeth: 31-38
Lower Right (4)
Teeth: 41-48
5 Anatomical Surfaces
Each tooth's 5 surfaces can be recorded separately:
Mesial
Front side
Distal
Back side
Buccal
Cheek side
Lingual
Tongue side
