👥 Patient Management
The patient module is the most important part of your clinic. Here you can manage all your patients' data, treatment history, appointments, X-ray images and financial statistics.
Adding a New Patient
- 1. Go to the "Patients" section from the left menu
Select from the left sidebar menu
- 2. Click the "New Patient" button
Blue button in the top right corner of the page
- 3. Fill in the information
The form consists of 3 sections (detailed below)
- 4. Click the "Add" button
Form Fields
The patient form consists of 3 sections:
👤 Personal Information
- • First Name (required)
- • Last Name (required)
- • Father's Name
- • Date of Birth
- • Gender (Male / Female)
🪪 Document Information
- • ID Code — ID card code (7 characters)
- • Serial Number — ID card serial number (e.g.: AA0000000)
📞 Contact & Health
- • Phone (required) — In +994 format, important for SMS reminders
- • Blood Group — A±, B±, AB±, O± (8 variants)
- • Residential Address
- • Medical Notes / Allergies — Special medical conditions, drug allergies
💡 Tip
Enter the phone number in +994 format (e.g.: +994501234567). The system formats automatically. This is important for SMS reminders to be sent correctly.
Patient Search
Use the search field at the top of the Patients page:
- •Search by Name / Surname
- •Search by Phone Number
Patient Card
You can open any patient's detailed card by clicking on them in the patient list. The card consists of two parts:
📊 Left Panel - Profile & Statistics
Patient's name, surname, father's name, phone number, visit count, total payment, ID code, serial number, date of birth, blood group, gender, address, medical notes, registration date.
📋 Right Panel - 3 Tabs
There are 3 tabs on the right side of the patient card:
🩺 Treatments
Dental and general treatments shown in a combined list, sorted by date.
📅 Appointments
All patient appointments - past and future. With status colors.
📸 X-rays
X-ray images and documents. Image and PDF formats are supported.
X-ray / Document Upload
- 1. Open the patient card
- 2. Go to the "X-rays" tab
- 3. Click the "Upload New X-ray / Document" button
- 4. Select the file (JPG, PNG, PDF)
📦 Package Limit
Each package has a file upload limit. When the limit is reached, a warning is shown and you are offered to upgrade your package.
