Creating a New Appointment
There are 2 ways to create an appointment:
Method 1: By clicking on the calendar
- 1. Go to the "Appointments" section from the left menu
- 2. Click on the desired date and time on the calendar
- 3. Select the patient in the opened form
- 4. Set the time, notes and SMS option
- 5. Click the "Add" button
Method 2: Using the "New Appointment" button
- 1. Click the "+ New Appointment" button at the top of the calendar page
- 2. Search and select the patient
- 3. Set the date, start and end time
- 4. Click the "Add" button

SMS Reminders
The system automatically sends SMS reminders every morning at 07:00 (Baku time):
- ✓Only sent to appointments with "Confirmed" status
- ✓Only sent to appointments with SMS toggle enabled
- ✓Only sent to clinics with active subscription
- ✓Patient must have a phone number
